This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit kdmeinc.com and any KDME division websites or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Sites”), and when you communicate with us (including by SMS/text message).

KDME provides professional services for business owners and executives and operates multiple divisions, which may include:

If you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from KDME, we will use your mobile number and related messaging data only for service-related communications, which may include:

  • account updates and service notifications
  • online bill payment information (including payment reminders/links)
  • appointment reminders and scheduling updates
  • two-way support conversations and responses to your inquiries

No Marketing Texts: We do not send promotional messages, advertisements, or marketing texts via SMS.

Consent & Opt-Out: You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

How SMS data is shared: We do not sell your SMS-related personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers who help deliver messages (e.g., an SMS platform provider) and as required by law.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

9) Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:
